- A life vest! How did you know about my problem? A friend? He has my gratitude. Indeed, I'm scared of large bodies of water. This phobia has grown since the medium mentioned a flood and I can't sleep peacefully. Once I close my eyes it's like a black wave is swallowing me and I'm drowning. If I sleep with this vest it may fix my phobia.
