Description: Remember the winged shadows that have been sailing over the streets of the City of Shadows lately? I'm certain the Dragon Master's Wand must have wings, to help stop these flying nightmares. Look for the Dragon Wings in the temple.
Completed: Right on! The wings you found are a piece of the Dragon Master's Wand. Did you know that Chinese dragons don't always have wings? It turns out their ability to fly isn't a physical but magical property. I've heard that Chinese dragons rise into the sky thanks to a lump on the back of their head.
