A Melody of Blooming

Exploration Stage: Green Studio
From: Florian
Description: There was a tuning fork in the inventory box, as well. The fact it was braided with flowers immediately caught my attention. Its vibrations instantly removed all the rust from my tools. Can you find it?
Completed: Lady Rosemary says this is the Tuning Fork of Blooming, which the Maiden of Spring uses to awaken the trees. I feel ashamed about the role I’ve played in all this. I hope my misuse didn’t damage the attributes of spring.
