Magic Immortality

From: Valerie
Description: The book I read from cover to cover says that people use talismans to feel more confident. For me, I’m getting my hopes up the most for a Budai sitting solemnly atop a three-legged toad. This will surely guarantee my happiness. I bet that if we combine all of the Budai statues with some City magic we’ll receive this powerful source of positive energy.
Completed: Very cool! A Budai on a three-legged toad is a symbol of magic and immortality. I want to ask Isabelle to teach me how to control the Budai’s magic. Just enough to grant my most precious desires. I’m not asking for too much, am I? Oh, right, I made you a reward earlier, take it. Before anyone taught me how to use magic I didn’t know what to do with artifacts like this.
