It was the gem of her feathered zoo. Only a miracle will help you find it. If you procure more City artifacts, we'll deal with that.
Completed: Great, we've done it! This White Peacock is simply amazing! Curious that a strong spell was laid on the bird that made it invisible. It was probably the Mistress of the Manor.
