Conversation with the Pipistrelle

From: Detective
Description: The conversation with the Pipistrelle needs to be written down so we don’t miss anything. Did you bring the tape recorder? It’s a cassette tape matching the rest of the equipment. Martha mentioned that City artifacts are needed to question bats. Bring them and let’s get started.
Completed: Oh my! Our Pipistrelle squeaked for an entire hour of questioning. Martha was able to decipher these squeaks. It turns out that all the anomalies - the bats, boggarts, and even the electrum anomaly - are following someone else’s orders! Someone is actually controlling them! Unfortunately, a bat’s mind is too weak to explain the who and the why.
