Exploration Stage: Rapture Theater

Description: Have you noticed the man on stage kneeling with his head down? He looks stunned. You can even see the mark from a blow on his face. But why? Apparently the poor fellow walked in at the wrong time; so they knocked him out and tied him up. I think this man is wearing a uniform. Who is he? Check his collar or the tray lying next to him.
Completed: What does is say on the beaten actor’s collar? A-ha! "Blake the Butler." And the cards on the visitors’ tray read: "The Baron de Leville’s Estate". This is the setting of the play... but I still don’t understand what kind of evil magic is holding the Butler, as well as the other actors, in their poses.
