Description: If the Master was indeed responsible for the mummies appearing in the City, they must've been the result of his experiments. He wrote about a "Grand Goal" in his notes. I think we need to find out where the Master travelled for his studies, and understand what this goal was. The compass we found implied that the Master learned how to time travel. Could this really be? Return to the laboratory and look for something to confirm this theory. Something... odd. Yes, I know, everything is strange threre, but we need to find something even stranger.
