Desperate Step

Exploration Stage: Pier
From: Detective
Description: The secret service is getting in the game again. If you believe the letters, Captain Galahard contacted the head of intelligence with some kind of request and sent a precious Jade Pitcher from the West Indies as a gift. If we find the pitcher, we may learn the request as well.
Completed: Well, judging by Galahard’s letter, the poor guy despaired so much that he asked British intelligence to help persuade the Raja to allow him to marry Lady Peacock. In return, he promised loyal service the Crown.
