Bright Light of Generosity

Exploration Stage: Thanksgiving Fair
From: Conductor
Description: You say I went to the Fair in my sleep and gave the Station Key to some kind of artifact? All for the pleasure of getting drunk on wine and lounging around? No, I don’t want to be that kind of person. For a good deed, I’ll give a very special lantern to the Fair. Find it, and I’ll tell you more.
Completed: Here it is, my lantern. It feels so good to give it to help others, although I couldn’t part with it in the past. Want to know what makes it so special? It can briefly disperse the City’s fog from around the holder, and the bright flash it creates scares off werewolves. This will save many lives... You know, I feel a strange sense of relief.
