Description: According to the drawings, the lightning rod is a fairly simple design. It can be quickly assembled, but it will require a sturdy steel rod. We can get one from the mansion's fence, but it would be better to do it at night so that the mistress and Juliet won't notice.
Completed: You mean you didn't even have to saw through the steel bars, just shake them enough to get them out? Even the most expensive house in town is in as much disrepair as the rest... I've got a lightning rod ready, but it's pretty unwieldy. But it will work. Just make sure you experiment away from the station.
