Description: Hey, let's think of a way to make the costumes look a little more mysterious so that they don't stand out at the ball where the elite of other worlds gather. Ghosts and spirits have a paranormal glow to them. Wouldn't it look better if we added a shining cape to the costume?
Completed: You must have found a very fine cape! Your cape glows in the dark and looks like a real spirit. I'll add some crystal thread stitches to my cape as well.
