Description: When the Upper City collapsed in the past, the designers used inhumane methods to rebuild the city. Look for something that seems to defy the laws of physics. There's a fountain there that flows forever. Let's look into that.
Completed: This fountain looks like the water keeps flowing without a break, but the intricate movement of this ball just makes it look that way. If the water was truly endless, I would have considered buying this fountain at the Sheriff's Department to supply water to remote areas...but either way, Director Black would not have said yes.
