- The strudel dough is already prepared. It's simple, nothing complicated. My mother used to say. 'Raisins are essential for real German strudel.' I've got a hand full, or maybe twice that many raisins. Can you find some for me?

- I've never seen raisins this golden in strudel before. When I was a kid, raisins were black and small. Thank God for that. My poor mother never got to taste my strudel.
