Deep Freeze

Exploration Stage: Polar Quarter
From: Martha
Description: Why would the Snow Queen trap poor hunters in the town? Nicholas is also locked in her ice dominion in the same way! But what did she do with the offenders next? I had a vision of a scary face that looked like an ice mask. Look for something similar in the Polar Quarter.
Completed: It seems that, after putting this ice mask on, the Snow Queen gained the ability to freeze all the rivers around the town with a single breath, right down to the river bed. People were left without water or fish!
