We can make it part of a lamp and get to the room where the suspect is being held. I'll help you assemble the lamp, but we need more parts. We'll find something in the post office, but for the rest you'll need to go to the Lamplighter Workshop. Let's check if it's locked.
Completed: I'm a little surprised the Lamplighter Workshop is empty. The door to the second floor is closed... But I'm sure Mr. Black will explain everything when the time comes.
