- Is it possible that the "Autumn Messenger" visited the mysterious island of Avalon when he came through the Otherworld? Legend has it that Avalon is the site of the "Door of Winter". It is the door that separates the generous autumn from the merciless winter. Look for magnets in this "valley" that might indicate it.
