Saving Light

From: Vera
Description: I’ve put together the survival kit that everyone who’s just arrived in this town receives from the gatherers. With this, even a fugitive wrongly accused of a crime should be able to survive in the fog. Can I borrow some tools? Once I put the finishing touches on it, this kit will be complete.
Completed: I made a signal flare that’s bright enough to be seen in any foggy area of the City. I hope the fugitive sees this signal. Wow, it lit up half the sky! Look, there he is. He found his way out of the fog. Now he will surely survive!
