- To save that girl, Isabelle needs something to accumulate anomaly energy. She saw an electrostatic machine at the Observatory. It's in bad shape there, but you need to find it and get it to Isabelle.

- Nice work. The "static machine" doesn't seem to have been destroyed by the explosion. When it spins, static electricity collects and discharges. That should help break the anomaly.
