A Hat to Set the Mood

Description: I love these gatherings at the Mayor’s club. I usually go from group to group to hear all the gossip. Today I wanted to join the Scottish Tam O’Shanter group. They discuss everything: the mountains, the cold sea, bagpipes and whiskey... Help us get the hat back. Without it, the mood in the club won’t be the same.
Completed: The club’s regulars will be happy that you’ve returned our tam o’shanter. By the way, this beret with a pompom is not part of any national costume, we just like wearing it.
