Description: Some of the star charts in the "Observatory" had errors. There were too many bright stars in each constellation. This must be on purpose. It's a cipher. I'll solve the cipher using the Cardan Grill Cipher Edition. It should be somewhere in the Observatory.
Completed: I've been able to read the message the astronomers tried to hide by applying the star chart to the "Cardan Grill Cipher Edition" that I found. But it's going to take some time.
