Tournament Announcement

Exploration Stage: Red Rose Café
From: Inspector
Description: The Detective showed me all the old cases that mentioned the Red Rose and the missing people, and here’s what I think: even though the Mystical Tournament was held in secret, the gamblers gained access to it somehow. Which means that there should be a Tournament Announcement somewhere.\n Could you look for something like that?
Completed: As expected, the inscription "tournament" only appeared when I pressed the card with the rose to it. The date of the event coincides with the date of the disappearance of those four people.
