Windy Future

Exploration Stage: Pagoda of Legends
From: Bao
Description: Helen said you’ll help us launch the device to scatter the fog hanging over the Observatory. This will allow her to update the star charts and find her father. There’s no time to waste. Dusk is already falling on the City. We need a Wind Predictor to prepare for the launch. Bring it while I check that we have everything else we need.
Completed: This Wind Predictor is actually a slightly converted Chinese earthquake predictor. It will tell us in advance that wind is approaching.
