Description: You do nothing but crank out trouble! Anomalies have escaped from the Station Building and flooded the City. Hopefully, the residents had time to take shelter. Martha says these effects are far more dangerous than previous ones. I think someone, pointing no fingers, deserves a flogging for wanting another trinket! Go to City Hall, try to find books or records on spirits, anything!
Completed: We did the rouds of City Hall and find nothing of interest. The anomalies will soon reach here, then... Oh, look, the statue under the sotne veil has stirred! Now it's muttering something! I can hear its voice. Hush, I can't make out the words... "Help me... Does anyone hear me? I can't get free." Did you hear that? "I'm locked up... gargoyles..." I don't get it!
