- Description
- All the evidence you’ve brought - the symbols of Japanese urban legends and beliefs - still holds the energy of the person responsible for its emergence. Bring the artifacts to help me contact the Unseen Judges and find out the identity of the uninvited guest who came to the City.

- The Unseen Judges graciously accepted your artifacts and showed us a sign: a mask with a fan! All the strange evidence was left not by a maniac, or even a mortal. It’s the symbol of Onry? - a vengeful spirit that knows no mercy. What brought it to the City of Shadows? We need to be on our guard.
