Final Destination

Exploration Stage: Airship Dock
From: Mayor
Description: You want to look at the City through the observation binoculars? Yes, I remember, the view was magnificent. But the fog’s hidden a lot now... By the way, you don’t need a coin. Special tokens were made for these binoculars. \n The City was once visited by many tourists. Someone must’ve dropped a token, look for it.
Completed: There’s a locomotive depicted on the token? Hmm... Maybe my memory fails me, but I don’t remember the tokens having illustrations before. Try the token to see if it opens the observation binoculars.
