Description: I can see traces of it on the pendulum placed on top of the old star chart in town. Let's check it out. I am sure that the pendulum and the star chart will show us the owner of the souls collected in the phylactery.
Completed: Helen and I built this pendulum to measure the time of day in the city. We couldn't rely on our eyes to measure either, because the sky here is covered with fog. I wonder why souls are drawn to this instrument? Could it be related to the fog in the city?
