Brighter than the Stars

Description: The heavenly spheres begin to move: I hear that even the spirits are agitated by the monster's appearance. They give me clues on how to create a special protection from the monster - a ritual tree decorated with red lanterns that burn brighter than the stars. Help me charge the lanterns with some artifacts, and their light will become the City's amulet.
Completed: The artifacts enhance the lanterns' light, and their red glow envelops the City. The beast is retreating! The defense worked - the monster no longer attacks people or houses if it sees red. But we won't feel completely safe while the beast remains here.
