First, we had to provide him with a fake identity card. I issued a passport for him. Then all that was left was for me to sign it. Could you go to my office to pick it up?
Completed: With this passport, that former believer should be able to pretend to be a normal citizen. We could pretend that he has only recently returned from the foggy area and has little or no memory of where he has been and what he has been doing. Since it is almost impossible to forge a passport, no one would suspect him of anything.
