Completed: The bouquet you found still releases fragrance. In other words, this is a twilight mint with a very long-lasting scent. It is carried by the defenders on missions because of its ability to mask the smell of monsters. But in Mrs. Stokes' case, she must be collecting it simply as an ingredient for mint tea.
