Sinister Accessory

From: Martha
Description: You’ve found the items planted on the citizens. Each of them is marked by dark energy that adversely affected its owner. To find out who the planter is, I’ll need City artifacts. Bring me some, please.
Completed: The artifacts enhance the energy coming from the cufflinks and finger fountain pen, but it’s hard for me to determine who created these bewitched items. I see one more object - it’s a comb planted on the Mistress, she has already decorated her hair with it. This is a creation of the Shadow Cult’s evil genius!
