Meeting Place

Exploration Stage: Hidden Row
From: Agent Jones
Description: I had to meet with an informant nicknamed the Collector and give him this image in exchange for some data. This geezer collects evidence of paranormal phenomena. The meeting point was at the bulletin board. Find it.
Completed: When I came to the bulletin board, there was no one around. I looked at my watch and heard the sound of approaching footsteps. I thought it was the informant and turned around. Well, you know the rest - the pop, the flash of light... Maybe the Collector transferred me to the City?
