Terms of the Deal

Exploration Stage: Architect’s Gardens
From: Kira Woodville
Description: I’ll tell you about it, but you’re not the one to say who’s right or wrong, Mr. Black.\n The scavengers’ leader, I’d rather not give any names, refused to help me. But there was a person in the Foggy Backstreet who was interested in the deal. Bring me a crystal thread, and I’ll tell you all about the terms.
Completed: Look carefully at this crystal thread. It was created by Vera - she worked on the material for the anti-fog suits. The terms of the deal were simple: half of the crystals go into the SUNBEAM installation, the other half go to Vera and her scavengers.
