Trampled Symbol

Exploration Stage: Octopus Citadel
From: Mr. Black
Description: We can’t calmly walk around here without figuring things out first. And here’s the first troubling sign - the Security Service’s pennant has disappeared. It always hung proudly at the entrance. Maybe the Shadow disciples ripped it down when entering the building? Help me find it!
Completed: I can’t believe you found the pennant on the floor. It even has a boot mark on it. Surely it was the vandals from the Shadow Cult who tore it down. They will pay for this. I won’t tolerate such disrespect for the main symbol of the Security Service!
