Mass Evacuation

Exploration Stage: Octopus Citadel
From: Mr. Black
Description: I suggest that we split up - that way we can quickly inspect the Security Service headquarters. See that sign with the building plan? Let’s meet at this red mark - it marks an alarm lamp. Find it and wait for me there!
Completed: Other alarm lamps are broken, yet the one you found has miraculously survived. It was the one I activated when it became clear that the Security Service headquarters was about to be swallowed by the fog. A signal rang out, the light turned on, and the mass evacuation began.
