Insurmountable Barrier

Exploration Stage: Octopus Citadel
From: Violet
Description: I’ll tell you what we had to endure while Black was holed up in the safe part of the City after leaving his people behind. At first, we tried to call for help by sending aerial messages. Now that the fog has receded, it won’t be difficult for you to find one of them.
Completed: You found one of the aerial messages we sent into the fog, hoping that at least someone might read it. The fact is, the fog blocked all of our devices’ signals, so we decided to send notes in such a simpler way.
