- You say a tear gas canister alone won't work? Indeed... There are some unarmed troublemakers out there who might not be too harmed. We used to catch them with fishing nets and bring them to the pier. The fresh sea breeze worked really well for them. I looked through the inventory and it looks like they have already developed a net rifle to help catch the nasties. This would be very helpful.
