Light in Impenetrable Darkness

Exploration Stage: Foggy Backstreet
From: Rayden Storke
Description: I don’t know why Kira decided to help Carlos’s children escape, but rest assured that I’ll help. Distract Black, you say... I have an idea! We can simulate an incident. Please look for emergency lights. They’re used by security agents.
Completed: This emergency lighting is perfect. It’s the latest model too - just what we need. Give me a few more minutes, I’ll take the device away and connect it to the timer so that everything goes off smoothly. Vera, Lucas, we’re going to get you out soon!
