Suspicious Substance

Exploration Stage: Octopus Citadel
From: Violet
Description: I think we’ve collected all the substances the letter sender could have used to repel my dog.\n Wait, what is this? It seems to be the so-called "stardust," which scavengers carry with them for some reason. Hand me some of it.
Completed: Try not to spill the stardust. Intuition tells me that it may be connected to the anonymous letter. It’s difficult to get information from scavengers, so I don’t know if stardust affects a dog’s sense of smell. But I’ll find out everything in the laboratory.
