Unusual Accessory

Exploration Stage: Bonmarito Villa
From: Mario Bonmarito
Description: My wife thinks it was me who gave her this natural jewelry. I’m not going to say otherwise for now. I want to be the first to find the unknown giver. Looks like he has a sense of humor. Francesca laughed while thanking me for a mushroom hairpin. Help me find it.
Completed: This "mushroom hairpin" is just a joke: a porcini mushroom in the box where Francesca keeps her hairpins. This is a good mushroom, but I have no idea how the admirer hoped to win Francesca’s heart with this gift. His tactics are cunning.
