Unrealized Project

Exploration Stage: Collector’s House
From: Detective
Description: What’s that about? Previously, the Collector didn’t kidnap citizens but helped them. I rummaged through the archives - they were going to erect a monument to him, can you imagine?\n Let’s find the monument’s design, I’m curious to check it out.
Completed: There is a resemblance, though the Collector wasn’t as tall and muscular. The project was approved, but the monument was never installed... I feel the reason was very important.
