Is it possible that one of them was offended by the content of the reading and put a curse on Sif? The lightning could have been triggered by powerful negative emotions. Let's use a magic Easter egg to see if this hypothesis is correct.

- I rolled the Easter egg onto Sif's body and then broke it open. Let's take a look at it... it's hollow and white in color. If there was some evil eye or curse present in it, it would be black in color. Oh, I see feathers coming out of the Easter egg. This means that Sif's soul is unprotected and dancing in the wind like a feather.
