Exploration Stage: Mistress’ Bedroom
From: Martha
Description: Now I’m sure: the frightful events in the bedroom are connected with evil things the Mistress did to someone in the past. Just look at her portrait on the wall: the canvas seems to have been hacked with a knife! Could you hand me the portrait? I want to read the emotions of the person who did it.
Completed: Thank you for bringing me the portrait. There are such strong emotions coming from the torn spots! "As soon as you appeared, troubles befell my house!" And look at the back of the portrait: it was painted the year when the Mistress became the wife of Baron de Levelier, a widower!
