Bizarre Set

Exploration Stage: Blooming Quarter
From: Detective
Description: I guess this Ryu isn’t just an artisan. We’ll find out if he’s involved in making a bunch of people in the City wear "blank" expressions. There’s information that it was after trying on his masks that people changed. Help me find Ryu’s tools, I want to take a look at them!
Completed: Buddy, are these the master’s tools? It’s the first time I’ve seen such instruments. Look, there’s a bamboo leaf instead of a blade, and another tool has a claw. But the strangest is this one, with flames emanating from its handle. I’ll give the suspicious set to Martha for examination!
