Storm Flower

Exploration Stage: Sunny Terrace
From: Professor
Description: So that’s why my storm gauges went crazy. One even burned out! It’s the black ball lightning - and so close to the City too. There’s no time to sit on our hands! Help me find the energy bud. With it, it’ll be easier to deal with this thunder anomaly.
Completed: I see that you’ve found the energy bud. Have I mentioned that I invented it after surviving a lightning strike? It was a miracle I survived back then. This bud will be able to absorb the black ball lightning’s discharges, converting them into harmless energy.
