The Young Man and the Crane

Exploration Stage: Blooming Quarter
From: Ryu
Description: I’ll take part in the fourth act of the spring performance. It’s a dance that tells a story of broken promises. The costume is ready, but the wooden shoes, called geta, are missing. Since the story is about a crane, I’d like to find geta with cranes painted on them. Will you help me?
Completed: These are some beautiful geta you’ve found! The dance they are needed for tells of a young man who promised his wife not to go into the room where she was spinning thread. But he entered and saw that his beloved was actually a crane. Because the husband didn’t keep his word, his wife left him.
