Dangerous Encounter

Exploration Stage: Foggy Backstreet
From: Rayden Storke
Description: Black asked me to hurry up with the report on Alan and his time in the fog. My friend told me he encountered Shadow disciples in the foggy neighborhoods! They grabbed him and tied him up with paralyzing bonds. I even had a sample of them somewhere. Let me show you!
Completed: Try to wrap at least your wrist with these bonds, and they will immediately paralyze the movement of your entire arm! We confiscated this sample from the Shadow disciple we captured earlier. Well, I’ll include Alan’s information about his encounter with the disciples in my report.
