Portal Device

Exploration Stage: Foggy Backstreet
From: Kira Woodville
Description: We’ve almost completed the spacial bomb’s prototype. We just need a particle catcher. It says here that it processes time particles, creating portals. Hmm, a strange property for a bomb. Find the catcher, and I’ll look for details about it in the deciphered text.
Completed: I don’t even know where I would have looked for this particle catcher if it weren’t for you. Hold this part, and I’ll screw the one you’ve brought into place. I’ll check again with the drawing from the scavenger’s notes. Everything seems to be right! Ready to test our prototype?
