Fog Incarnate

Exploration Stage: Foggy Oasis
From: Mr. Black
Description: According to Abbot Paku, he founded the Ministers of the Fog after a particular incident. At first, the abbot hated the fog because he lost his memory, but something made him radically change his attitude. The abbot said he was beholden to the Ministers’ dusky shrine. Can you help me find it?
Completed: The Ministers’ shrine you found depicts the Maiden of Dusk, the fog in human form. The abbot said that the Maiden came to him when he was desperate and showed him his past life. Then she offered him a choice: to keep these memories or erase them. He gave them up.
