- Once you find the faulty component, you can restore some sparkle to the wanderer's lantern. Curiously, you will see many small tubes inside the device. They seem to be responsible for circulating some kind of gas. Could you find a gas tank that could be used to fuel the lantern?

- I have seen a similar gas somewhere. Wait...oh, I remember now! This is a lightning gas, absorbing dark energy. It is a very good tool, but if the energy leaks out, the brittle metal will corrode. I don't see any defects in this gas tank, and the tube is intact, so this still doesn't seem to be the cause of the lantern's failure.
